Ms. Andrea Alterman is responsible for overseeing long term Client relationships as it relates to Client engagement interactions, managing NET(net), Inc.’s Core Services Resources and insuring complete Client satisfaction throughout the Engagement Delivery Lifecycle.
Ms. Alterman brings 25 years of experience in consulting and information technology. Ms. Alterman has extensive experience working with Clients on large-scale business transformation, organizational change and business process redesign engagements, mostly centered around large-scale technology implementations.
In the past, Ms. Alterman held various senior executive positions at major IT consultancies including Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), DST and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and brings her knowledge of Client relationship management, business operations, strategic planning and operations management, risk assessment, knowledge management and program and project management to every Client engagement.
