Anderson Schoenrock

Anderson brings a diverse background in business, management and finance to ScanDigital. His unique combination of business experience leaves him well positioned to oversee the growth and innovation at ScanDigital.

Prior to co-founding ScanDigital. Anderson was the Vice President and Co-Founder of Zietsman Realty Partners (“ZRP”). During the firm’s 2.5 year history, Anderson directly oversaw more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions and worked with some of the most respected investment firms in the world. After building a successful platform, ZRP was acquired by Jones Lang La Salle in early 2007.

Prior to forming ZRP, Anderson spent more than three years working for Lehman Brothers as an investment banker. Initially he worked as an analyst in New York for Lehman’s Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group and for the firm’s Real Estate Private Equity Fund. Later, he transferred to the Los Angeles office where he was promoted to associate. While at Lehman Brothers, Anderson took part in a variety of investment banking transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $3 billion. These transactions involved both public and private companies in the placement of debt and equity, strategic mergers, initial public offerings and leveraged buyouts.

Born and raised in Kansas, Anderson departed after high school on an east coast journey with two stops: Hanover, NH where he earned a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College and then onto New York City where he lived and worked for two years. Since 2003, Anderson has resided on the West coast in Santa Monica.
