Amy Cooper has over 20 years of leadership experience in Operations and Finance roles across technology, retail and consumer package goods industries.

At SIM Partners, she is helping the founders identify and source capital to grow the business, establish and select members for the Advisory Board, and build the finance, accounting, and human resources infrastructure.

As a consultant with BlueSky Chicago, she build a cash model to forecast available cash from the mature business to be used for new growth technologies.

As VP Finance at GrubHub, she helped build that organization from 6 employees in 2007 to over 250 employees in 2012. She built and led the Finance, Accounting, Legal and Human Resources functions for the organization.

Previous to GrubHub, she worked at Deloitte Consulting leading business turnaround initiatives for Fortune 500 companies for 6 years.

Her academic background includes a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from WVU Institute of Technology and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
