Amy founded AnswerLab in 2004 with the mission to deliver trusted user experience insights to help the world’s leading brands build better digital products.
As CEO and co-founder of AnswerLab, Amy sets the vision, culture, and strategic direction for the company, and inspires employees and clients to reach their goals. In 2011, she was named an Ernst & Young Winning Woman. Prior to founding AnswerLab, Amy built and ran the West Coast research practice at Vividence (now Keynote). She speaks frequently at events with the Usability Professionals Association, the Big Design Conference, the Internet User Experience Conference, the American Marketing Association, iMedia Connection, and World Usability Day. Amy graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a degree in English and East Asian Studies.
