Amber Lee is the Co-Founder of JoinBklyn.com, a website showcasing a curated collection of blogs across arts & culture, and the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter for New York based band, Amber and Little Criminals.
Prior to starting Join Bklyn, Amber spent five years within the online publishing and advertising space working at Union Square Ventures funded start-up Oddcast and Tremor Video (formally Tremor Media) within business development, marketing and client services. Amber founded the music blog Newcalendar.fm and record label New Calendar Records. Before entering the digital space, Amber worked at Inbev, the largest brewery in the world, within their Global Management Trainee program. She is also currently a curator for the San Francisco based men’s fashion site, Everlane.com.
Amber graduated with an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (Canada) and is currently on the executive board for the Richard Ivey NYC alumni.
