Amanda MacNaughton, CMO and Co-Founder of Culture Jam, is a natural born innovator and entrepreneurial leader. With over six years of professional public relations experience, Amanda brings invaluable contacts and experience to the table.

Prior to starting Culture Jam, Amanda held position as the West Coast PR Manager for W Hotels, where she managed 5 PR agencies and guided them to produce over 8 million dollars worth of media coverage within her first year. Amanda developed innovative and strategic PR/Marketing campaigns to generate coverage, drive revenue, attract new customers, expand demographic reach, entice new company partnerships, create demand, and popularize W Hotels. She was responsible for creating and producing national and regional revenue generating programs and events ranging from high profile soirees with celebrities such as Penelope Cruz, Scarlett Johansson, and Will.i.am; to film outdoor film series with mega studios such as Paramount, Newline, Sony, FOX, and MGM; to traveling art exhibitions with renowned photographers such as Mark Seliger and David Drebin. Amanda successfully secured PR coverage for her properties in top tier national and regional media outlets such as, LA Times, USA Today, FORBES, E! Entertainment, CNN, and many more.

Before working at W Hotels Worldwide, Amanda worked for an innovative lifestyle PR agency called THINK PR in New York City and Los Angeles. While in New York, Amanda successfully took start-up companies from zero to multi-million dollar profits, she launched new brands and built multi-tiered PR platforms to re-brand and re-vitalize existing companies, working with brands such as CONVERSE, AVEDA, JVC, BORBA, FORD, and more. Amanda quickly excelled expectations and decided to move to Los Angeles to spearhead and open the West Coast operations for THINK PR. As the Director of PR, Amanda built and ran the LA operations, bringing in new business, acquiring clients, creating large and small-scale custom tailored events, and executed product placement and feature stories (print, broadcast, radio, online) with national and regional media outlets.
