Amadou Samba is a renowned industrialist in The Gambia. He is the President and Chairman of Gacem Company Ltd (the only cement packaging company in The Gambia), Managing Director of Gamwater (until recently, the only water bottling company in The Gambia, which is 99% owned by Amadou). Amadou Samba is also the Chairman of the Board of Director of Social Security and Housing Finance Corporation. Amadou holds significant shares in a number of reputable companies in the country, including Elton Oil (Gambia) Ltd, Gamveg Oil Ltd and Gam-Petroleum Storage Facility Company Ltd.
