Since 2000, Alora has worked in rapidly-growing technology startup environments specializing in ecommerce, web development, and complex project implementation. With a history of success in both professional services and enterprise roles, Alora has focused on the B2C web space as it has evolved since before the Bubble Burst in 2000.
Alora has lead implementation teams to deliver projects for major international brands in the retail and lifestyle markets. As an IT manager, she was responsible for the infrastructure environment supporting more than a $1B in online retail revenue at an ecommerce services provider, and building out the PMO at one of the largest domestic commercial airlines in the US. Recently Alora spent her time traveling between San Francisco, Austin, Germany and the Ukraine in her role as President of Astound Commerce, a Demandware services provider handling clients such as L’Oreal, Crocs, TaylorMade and Adidas and partnering with end-to-end ecommerce provider Netrada to support major international brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss and LaCoste.
With rapidly growing development teams in the Ukraine and China, Alora’s focus has been on building a scalable, world-class professional services organization.
