While still in school, Allen Benson was writing code for Tandy Corporation and Safeway Foods Corporation. Before he founded ePD, Allen had extensive experience in the real estate industry. He was a top producing real estate sales associate but his interest in technology led him to integrate technology solutions into his business. Allen then became CTO of Windermere Real Estate, the largest regional real estate company in the Western United States where he provided revolutionary tools to the 6,000 agents in the Windermere network. He also formed MedullaNet to re-sell his technology products in non-Windermere markets and worked for Windermere “sister” company Graphical Data.
