Alexey Turchyn brings over 15 years of software development management experience to TOA Technologies, where he leads the research, product design and software development processes.
He is responsible for managing implementations at customer locations, finalizing requirements, providing design development and testing, system installation and on-going support during User Acceptance Testing, production rollout and beyond. Before joining TOA in 2003, Mr. Turchyn handled solution delivery for Tier 1 customers at MaxBill Inc, an international telecom billing software vendor. He holds an MA and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Kharkov National University in the Ukraine.
