Alexey Kostarev is CEO/Co-founder of i-Jet Media, one of the world’s largest distribution networks and publishers of social games. In 2001, after graduating from the Urals State Technical University (first Russian President Boris Yeltsin’s alma mater) in Ekaterinburg, Russia, he founded the Internet provider Medialt.
In 2005, Alexey Kostarev co-founded i-Jet Media. In 2007, the company published its first game projects. In April 2009, i-Jet Media launched Happy Harvest on Vkontakte.ru, and it remains the most popular and profitable social game in the history of the Russian market. Nowadays, 70M+ users play multiple applications made by 40+ developers from various countries and published by i-Jet Media on 30+ social networks across the world.
Alexey is one of five finalists of the Mashable Awards in the Entrepreneur of the Year category, the IT Person of the Year in Russia, and winner of the Communication for Future award presented in Davos (Switzerland).
