In 1994, Alexander started studying Automation Engineering at Universidad de la Salle, but after two years he left school to focus full time on his business. A serial entrepreneur whose work in information technology dates back to the mid-1990s, Alex has founded numerous successful ventures, including Torrenegra Labs, Voice123.com, Language123.com, and LetMeGo.com, among others.

Alex’s professional career began in his native Bogota, Colombia, and led him through Miami, where he founded Torrenegra Internet Solutions (Torrenegra Labs’ predecessor) before moving to New York in 2000. His relentless focus on forming talented, dedicated teams and creating leading-edge technology platforms has led to the rapid creation and deployment of innovative businesses in a variety of industries, culminating in LetMeGo’s revolutionary approach to the online lodging industry.
