Alex is an entrepreneur, avid outdoorsman, and tea lover.
Currently, Alex leads partnership outreach at Rapleaf, a San Francisco based start-up with the mission of giving consumers a more personalized online experience. Alex is also a board member at Breaking Ground, a non-profit that empowers Cameroonians to drive forward grassroots, community-based initiatives.
Previously, he co-founded Measy.com, a consumer decision engine to help consumers pick the perfect gadgets for their needs, named “ten sites and services that will matter” by PC World.
Alex began his career in corporate banking at Wells Fargo, and later moved to San Francisco to join the investment team at Wells Capital Management. He has also served as an advisor for several Chicago based VC funds, and clean-tech start-ups.
