Most recently, Alex Sherstinsky -- with Eugene Mandel -- co-founded MustExist, Inc. Responsibilities included the leading of all aspects of starting and running a software company: incorporation, product strategy, development, sales, partnerships, etc. The company's core technology, Social Content Curation, was embodied in a product called Buzzworthy, which was used by more than 7,000 websites on for content marketing.

Previously, Alex Sherstinsky was the V.P. of Product Development at NebuAd, Inc., where he was responsible for Product Management, Product Development, and Network Operations of the company's online advertising service.

Prior to NebuAd, Alex Sherstinsky was the Senior Director of Product Management at Actiance, Inc. (formerly FaceTime Communications, Inc.), where he led the development, delivery, and marketing of the company's technology platform, product lines, and partnerships since the company's founding in 1997.

Alex's 26-year industry experience also includes LSI Logic, AT&T, and Hewlett-Packard as well as several startups (including two where he was a co-founder).

Alex Sherstinsky received B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1985, and M.S. and Sc.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1989 and 1994, respectively. His doctorate and post-doctorate research work through 1995 was conducted at the M.I.T. Media Laboratory.

Alex Sherstinsky is the holder of U.S. Patent No. 7,596,599, U.S. Patent No. 7,673,004, U.S. Patent No. 7,899,867, and U.S. Patent No. 7,941,495 (with other patent applications pending).
