Alex Sauickie has overall management responsibility for Billtrust’s Client Operations including Customer Support, Implementations, Project Management, and Business Optimization. He is a veteran executive in start-up and high growth enterprise software.
Prior to joining Billtrust, Alex was head of operations for Unified Social, an award winning social media platform company, Managing Director of Operations & Services for Albridge Solutions where he assisted in its successful acquisition to a division of PNC Bank, and Director of Operations & Services at The Island ECN, which was successfully acquired by Instinet Corporation.
Alex also held various operations and services positions at online bill payment and presentment company Paytrust as well as Merrill Lynch where he was Vice President of Contact Center Technology and a founding manager responsible for the creation of the Merrill Lynch Financial Advisory Center.
Alex has held NASD/FINRA Series 7, 24, 65, 63, and 55 licenses and has been recognized for his leadership in the industry as well as his humanitarian work. He has spoken at industry conferences and has been featured in industry trade publications.
Alex also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Kimball Medical Center Foundation, founded the non-profit organization Chloe’s Causes, and received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Trenton State College, now The College of New Jersey.
