Alex is comedic writer and performer with a background in social analytics. Currently, he’s a writer for Someecards.com. His work has been featured in National Lampoon, CollegeHumor, Funny or Die, Thought Catalog, Heeb Magazine, and HelloGiggles. He studies improvisation and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City.

Previously, Alex was the director of Trendrr (Trendrr.TV), a technology solution that solves the problem of processing, understanding and leveraging social data around television. Trendrr works with over 60% of the top television networks and with some of the biggest studios and agencies. Trendrr’s data has been featured in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, BBC, and more.

Prior to joining Trendrr, Alex started a company called AM Analytics, a real-time social media analytics platform. The company was funded by Berkeley Ventures. AM Analytics integrated with Trendrr in 2010.
