Alex Kazim has been on the cutting edge of web development for many years. Alex began his career with Apple and had a small video game start-up. In 1998, he joined eBay as its Director of Engineering to help the online community’s growing user base.
During his time at eBay, Alex held many roles in both technology and business including President of Skype, SVP of eBay New Ventures and VP Marketing at PayPal.
Alex is married to Mary Lou Song (eBay’s third employee and one of his interviewers during his hiring process). They have partnered on another startup – a new online community, Tokoni where users connect through shared experiences.
