I am a passionate, driven entrepreneur and have been part of the founding team of 4 internet software start ups including eShare Technologies, eAssist Global Solutions, Goowy Media, and Assistly.

Assistly was acquired by Salesforce.com in September of 2011 and relaunched as desk.com in January of 2012. Currently I am the SVP & GM of Service Cloud & Desk.com.

Additionally I am an advisor and investor in several start-ups including Klout, Kabam, Get Around, Space Monkey, LaunchRock, Bitium, Stitch Labs, 310 Labs, True Ventures, Venture51, Social Leverage, Bullpen and others.

I have lived all over the world including NY, Toronto, London, LA, and currently reside in San Francisco.
