Alan Quasha Non-Executive Director American, born 1949
After practising law, Mr. Quasha moved into commerce and has been President of Quadrant Management Inc. since 1987. He is currently a member of the board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA and was previously Chief Executive Officer at North American Resources Limited, a former joint venture between Richemont and the Quasha family. He is a former Governor of the American Stock Exchange. He is Chairman of HKN Inc. and Carret Asset Management Group LLC and was a Director of American Express Funds from 2002 to 2005.
