Alan Lewis joined Ning in August, 2008 as their Platform Product Manager.
Alan is best known for creating eBay Desktop, one of the first widely used applications built on Adobe AIR. Alan also was on the team that created the native eBay application for iPhone, and was on-stage at WWDC 2008 to demo the application during the keynote address.
Previously he was both a technical evangelist and technical writer for the eBay web services platform. He has a BA in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara, where he graduated with honors.
