Alan Hahn is the VP of Worldwide Sales and a Co-founder at Scale. He has been in general management and sales leadership roles for over 20 years with consistent success and brings strategic and tactical planning from building and managing teams ranging in size from 25 to almost 1,300. Alan’s industry experience ranges from telecommunications to enterprise software solutions focused on the Fortune 1000.
Alan’s leadership experience encompasses start-up companies to major corporations. He has successfully grown a start-up from zero revenue to $200M per year, delivering a $1.1B return on a $40M investment. Alan has been a senior officer of a large $1.5B company. As SVP/GM of the largest telecommunications distributor in North America, he had revenue responsibility of $450M. Alan is focused on team building and achieving success through the “Lens and Ram†leadership development program that he developed.
