Alan Bittker is a Managing Partner of MyLocker.net, Managing Partner of MyVitaminDoc.com and CEO of The Bittker Group, a private equity investment firm.
From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Bittker was CEO of Entertainment Publications, a $225M marketer of discount promotions.
In 1999, he guided the company through a leveraged buyout with The Carlyle Group and initiated a strategy that migrated the traditional coupon business online, generating over $100M in new online sales. In 2003, he led a second transaction and sold EPI for $360M to IAC (Nasdaq: IACI).
From 2006 to the present, Mr. Bittker has been an investor and managing partner of selected transaction-based web properties.
