Gaming entrepreneur Alan Azizollahoff is a majority shareholder and COO of Jade Water Group, Inc, a company that he established in 2002 and now operates from his Miami residence. The firm was created as a way of globalizing his extensive holdings in the gaming industry, which he has been involved in since 1985 when he put funds into Inversiones San Juan. That company owned Bingo Camino Real, one of the leading bingo halls in Peru, and after his successful investment in that hall he built and operated one of Peru’s first slot halls called the Fortuna.
Educational Course of Events
Alan Azizollahoff is a native of South Africa and received his primary education in Durban. He studied industrial design at one of the best design schools, Bezalel School of Design in Jerusalem, Israel and upon completion of his B.A. he and his wife moved to Peru where he began his professional career.
Business Accomplishments
Following Alan Azizollahoff’s entry into the gaming industry in Peru, the worldwide gaming business began evolving towards a web-based orientation. At this point in 1996 he joined the electronic style of roulette and the online gaming community. Together with a developer of software programs, he created a new company, Heal Technology and now produces advanced gaming solutions and control systems for that industry. Through the new web based technology firm, his gaming ventures reach throughout the world and by 2007 he realized sales of nearly $80 million in Peru’s market. He created a holding company called Clearwater Financial Group and also is a shareholder in SAGSA. Besides his gaming assets, his current holdings include real estate, marketing and promotional companies and phone centers.
Philanthropy
Alan Azizollahoff contributes to organizations in Israel such as “Pilates for a Cure” and the Jerusalem orphanage, Tiferet Shlomo. More locally in Miami, he generously supports the Hillel School, the internationally famous Mount Sinai Medical Center and the local Jewish Federation.
