Ahmad Mukoshy

Ahmad Mukoshy is the founder of Aimtech Hosting, a multidimensional web hosting company providing on-demand shared hosting in Nigeria since 2007 with over 500 customers.

In 2009, Mukoshy built NairaParking, the first Nigerian domain market place which later folded in 2010. (He turned it off due to personal reasons, not disclosed).

Mukoshy then joined a network of web developers in mid 2009 to building a site showcasing proud Nigerians living in Nigeria and Abroad called ‘NaijaBorn’. The site is an SYS Africa projected co-funded by Qubestreet Entertainments and Afrovision Group.

Ending 2009, Mukoshy quit Naija Born to start a social site called Danfodites for his colleagues and alumni of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, named after a lingo referring to students from the university.

Early 2010 he developed Yrn.me in one week, a nifty 5-letter URL shortner that routed over 75,000 links in its first 9months. Simultaneously, he is also working on Yarnable.Com, a micro-discussion site allowing users to share interests on things that matters called Yarns, organized in categories for interactive access.

Mukoshy, age 21 is a native Nigerian born in Sokoto, studying B.Sc Physics at Usmanu Danfodiyo University.
