Ahmad joined Longworth in August 2010. He focuses on Consumer Internet and Digital Media services. He is on the investment team focusing on sourcing deals, performing due diligence on potential investments and supporting Longworth’s portfolio companies. Ahmad is passionate about technology and is fascinated by the transformation of the economy over the past few years, and how it is impacting business strategy and the investment community as a whole.
Before Longworth, Ahmad was a Product Manager for Bing.com at Microsoft. There he drove the technical vision, design and implementation of next-generation software solutions that ultimately turned into products used by Microsoft customers.
Ahmad graduated with distinction and on the dean’s list with a degree in Honors Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Before graduating, he participated in multiple internships in both Canada and the US at Bear Stearns, IBM, and CIBC.
