Adnan brings 24 years experience in hearing aid innovations and startup operations. Shennib started his medical device career in 1984 developing pacemaker programming systems. In 1988 he joined ReSound, a start-up developing the first programmable hearing aids and hearing fitting systems. Resound completed an IPO in 1992. In 1998, Mr. Shennib founded InSound Medical, where he invented the Lyric hearing device, currently the world's smallest and only extended wear hearing product on the market. InSound was acquired by Sonova in 2010. Shennib holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas.
