Adam Smith joined AOL Ventures in 2011. Prior to AOLV, Adam spent 7 years as a product manager at Google where he earned the Founders Award for starting and leading the Ads Quality Team.
He lead Google Earth/Maps internationalization and Wiki strategy and was a key member in the Google search results page re-design.
While educated as a Physics major, Adam took a left turn and enjoyed a short career as a toy designer before joining the MIT Media Lab to build collaborative musical instruments.
In his free time, Adam runs half marathons, rock climbs and moonlights as a painter/sculptor.
