Adam joined ATV in 2003 and has held several positions at the firm prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer. For nearly six years, Adam has been responsible for nearly all aspects of accounting, tax, and reporting for all of ATV’s funds. His background includes both front- and back-office experience.
Prior to ATV, Adam worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and at Credit Suisse First Boston. While at DLJ and CSFB, Adam concentrated on financial sponsor transactions as well as numerous corporate engagements. In addition, he supported the M&A group’s business development efforts, driving new engagements from both corporate and financial acquirers. Prior to this, Adam was an Associate for Georgeson, Inc. (later acquired by Thomson Financial), where he advised Fortune 500 technology companies on various aspects of their equity capital markets strategy. With a primary focus on the semiconductor industry, Adam’s clients included Advanced Micro Devices, Cypress Semiconductor, Broadcom, and LSI Logic. Adam authored several research whitepapers and was quoted by the Wall Street Journal after producing research for featured articles by Raymond Hennessey.
Adam received his M.B.A from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University.
