Aaron Solganick is the Founder and President of Generation Equity Advisors, a technology and digital media focused investment banking firm. He has been an investment banker and advisor to several technology and digital media transactions with an emphasis on Software, IT Services and Digital Media companies for over 17 years. He has advised on and completed over $7 billion in transactions to date. Prior to launching Generation Equity Advisors, Aaron was a Senior Vice President for B. Riley and Co. LLC (a Los Angeles based middle-market investment banking firm) in its technology and media investment banking practice. Prior to joining B. Riley and Co., he was a Vice President with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC where he was responsible for covering software, IT services and digital media industry sectors. He started his career at Bear Stearns and Co. in 1993. Aaron has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
