Mr. Helfman is Director of Marketing and oversees the corporate marketing and branding strategies for Korman Residential. He is responsible for maximizing rental revenues in the portfolios managed by the company. He oversees Korman Residential’s 24-hour online leasing program with real time pricing and measures the return on investment of all advertising and marketing.
Mr. Helfman has developed, integrated and now manages Korman Residential’s multi-platform search engine optimization program through online content, social media, and smart-phone marketing. He directs the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, the centralized web-based lead response team, as well as the outsourced sales processes through 24/7 online chat and phone support.
Mr. Helfman earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Franklin and Marshall College as a Presidential Scholar with a double major (Cum Laude).
