Aaron Helfman

Aaron Helfman is CompassRock’s Director of Marketing and Leasing. Aaron created CompassRock’s metrics-driven marketing platform, and manages the strategic branding and marketing of all multifamily, senior living, student housing, and commercial real estate portfolios throughout the United States.

Aaron is an expert in process improvement, marketing analytics, selective outsourcing, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining CompassRock, Aaron was the Director of Marketing for Korman Residential and an Operations Analyst. Aaron earned a BA from Franklin and Marshall College as a Presidential Scholar, and graduated cum laude.
