- Whitetruffle is a recruiting platform that employs matching technology to pair up qualified candidates with suitable job prospects.
Whitetruffle is a tech recruiting platform that helps companies increase their candidate pool for free.
With over 2,000 employers and more than 30,000 candidates in the network, it uses a proprietary matching technology to match qualified candidates to jobs based on 50 different categories of signals like skills, location, etc. With Whitetruffle, employers are able to save about 30-40% of the time it takes to source talent. By getting directly introduced to candidates who are willing to speak with them, employers are able to go beyond their network and build their teams faster. For companies that want to source for multiple jobs and or use features that allow them to source faster, we offer affordable paid packages.
Whitetruffle’s name stems from "white truffle hunting", drawing similarities between candidate sourcing and the hunt for that gourmand “jewel”, the white truffle, buried deep within certain forests in Italy or France.
Established in 2011, Whitetruffle is privately held and headquartered in San Francisco, California. Investors include Jerry Yang (AME Cloud Ventures), Scott Banister, Morado Ventures, Kima Ventures, and other angel investors.
