Founded in 2000, ViewPoint Capital Partners was the first private equity firm in Europe specializing exclusively on software technology companies. This specific and focused investment approach enables us to provide equity capital in the most flexible manner addressing the interest of the management and the shareholders of the companies in which we invest.
Through this, ViewPoint is able to take both minority and majority stakeholdings and provides capital for growth, shareholder liquidity, acquisitions, and buyouts. The target companies we address are growing businesses with a clear value proposition for its customers and realized annual revenues ranging from €3 million to over €30 million.
With committed capital of €200 million under management, ViewPoint is an active and long-term investor who typically invests amounts of equity capital ranging from €3 million to over €15 million.
