Tron Capital is out of business. It is the private equity arm of The Tron Group specializing in middle market companies. The firm seeks to invest in operational turnarounds, financial restructurings, businesses operating in bankruptcy, divestitures or spin-offs, out-of-favor industries, private equity rejects, and stalled or non-performing real estate developments and properties. It focuses investments on under-performing and financially distressed companies in the industrial or consumer product manufacturing sector, value-added distribution or assembly, selected business services, multi-unit residential properties, and commercial real estate properties. The firm prefers to invest in companies located in the Eastern United States with annual sales of $10 million to $100 million, transaction values of $5 million to $50 million, and investment amount of $1 million to $15 million.
