The Founders Club is an equity exchange fund where entrepreneurs agree to invest a small percentage of their future cash exit or stock into a fund in return for ownership in the fund and membership in the club. We operate exchange funds for VC backed entrepreneurs and for non-VC backed entrepreneurs.
