OPTRACK is SyncBASE’s flagship product. It is a fully secure web-based solution for managing and accounting for stock based compensation. OPTRACK tracks all activities related to employee stock options and all other types of equity instruments in real time for publicly traded and private companies.
CERTRACK allows a firm to assign, track and manage all aspects of an internal audit through an easy to learn and easy to use interface. It uses a template driven framework-based approach and ensures completeness while saving time, money and energy in managing the review process.
IFRSTRACK is a web-based application which handles the project planning, analysis, management and dual reporting requirements for an IFRS conversion project through a phased approach to project management.
