The Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego educates global leaders for innovation-driven organizations. A leading professional school within one of the top-ranked institutions in the U.S. for higher education and research, the Rady School offers a Full-Time MBA program and a FlexMBA program for working professionals, a management Ph.D. program, as well as executive development and undergraduate courses with an emphasis on science and technology.
The Rady Full-Time MBA is an immersion, allowing students to achieve new knowledge, new professional tools and intensive personal growth—a platform from which to launch a new stage of their professional lives. The program combines a solid core, an integrative course sequence focused on innovation, a strong elective curriculum, a commitment to leadership development and an emphasis on cutting-edge industry sectors.
The Rady FlexMBA program is designed to enable students to meet goals they and their organizations have set for their educational and professional development. The Rady FlexMBA is offered in two formats, FlexWeekend and FlexEvening, to accommodate the needs of working professionals with various roles and responsibilities.
The Rady School also offers a management Ph.D. program. In addition, a collaboration between the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the Rady School enables students to pursue a Ph.D. at Scripps and an MBA at Rady in a coordinated, concurrent program. The concurrent Ph.D./MBA degree program was developed for students interested in careers where the combination of scientific expertise and management knowledge is particularly important.
The Rady School of Management’s Center for Executive Development offers programs for professionals in a non-degree format.
