PROSTOR CAPITAL Investment Fund was founded in 2011 by a group of private Russian investors to make investments in growing companies in Russian and International Information Technologies markets. Fund assets - $ 20 million.
Fund Interests are focused primarily on the companies, that offer solutions for the public sector, and that are developing hardware/software products and platforms in different segments of the IT market. Besides, we are ready to consider projects in the sphere of the Internet, telecommunications and mobile solutions. In terms of development stages, we are focused on investing in companies that are at an early or growth stage.
Our goal is to enable portfolio companies to become leaders in its segments and create a business, which is interesting to Russian and foreign strategic investors and private equity funds, specializing on the later phases of growth, such as expansion stage and pre-IPO, as well as the object of M&A Transactions.
