Poalim Ventures is the venture capital arm of Poalim Capital Markets and of Bank Hapoalim. With more than $300 million under direct and co-management, it is a large venture capital groups in the Israeli market, managing a balanced portfolio of Israeli and Israeli-related high technology companies. Poalim Ventures offers exceptional entrepreneurs the capital, guidance and industry contacts necessary to build companies that succeed at the forefront of their technology sector. Poalim Ventures established and manages Poalim Ventures I & II, with more than $130 million under direct management in these two funds and in Horizon VC (final dissolution in 2004). Poalim Ventures is also involved in Fund of Funds activity, taking an active role in some of Israel’s leading venture capital funds. We view our mission as enabling the funds’ investors to realize a high return on their investment. We will achieve that goal by leading our portfolio companies to success through full support of their activities. Fund managers become closely involved with each portfolio company, developing day-by-day working relationships with its managers.
