Platina Partners LLP was established in June 2002 and focuses on small cap buyouts and renewable energy. They focus on UK and French businesses, primarily in the business services and manufacturing sectors. They invest in MBOs, MBIs and special situations such as turnarounds. They typically commit €5-20 million of equity for controlling stakes in companies with an enterprise value of up to €50 million.
