Our latest partnership is a $400 million fund focused on providing later stage equity funding for internal growth, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts or recapitalizations across industry sectors, with particular focus on healthcare, business services and technology.
Pharos typically takes $10 to $30 million equity positions through staged investing in undercapitalized businesses in underserved regions across the nation. We typically are the lead investor in a round, or will co-lead a financing along with other institutional investors. Our investment mandate is to be value added investors who bring more than just capital to the table.
