Performa Investimentos is an investment manager registered with the CVM, the Brazilian securities and exchange comission, focused on seed capital and middle market growth investments in Brazil.
The company’s first fund, Performa Investimentos SC-I, was recently approved for investments by Finep, and agency from the Brazilian Ministery of Cience and Technology, in the Third Call for the Capitalization of Seed Capital Funds. Finep approved an investment of up to 40% of the total capitalization of the fund, of R$ 15 million.
The company’s second fund, Silverado Performa Investimentos, focused on middle market companies, is under process of constitution, with a total capitalization expected at R$ 150 million. The fund will be co-managed by Performa Investimentos and Silverado Asset Management, a Brazilian investment management company focused on the operation of securitization and receivables funds (FDICs), with total assets in excess of R$ 200 million.
