Parta Group is a Russian investment company, specializing in web and entertainment projects investments. The Company was established in 2008 and started the investments in 2009.

Investment strategy. Parta Group:

• Selects only pre-seed or seed stage projects
• Partially leaves projects after the completion of a start-up stage or after the formation of a full-fledged company with a steady growth of income
• Retains its interest and continues participating in projects after the attraction of new partners to the project.

At the early stages of a project Parta Group provides the portfolio company with its infrastructure – consulting support, access to the experience and knowledge of consultants and experts, legal advice and management support. When the project becomes profitable, Parta Group assists in its own service and maintenance departments forming for independent business conduction. Parta Group provides portfolio companies with the services of attracting of the subsequent rounds of investments.

Basic criteria of project selection:

• B2C or B2B2C market
• Existence of a team or a person capable of building such a team
• Well-defined monetization methods. “Export” oriented project – in other words reaching the audience and business partners on the worldwide Internet - is treated as a significant advantage.

For the moment the investments of the company are centered on three types of projects:

• e-commerce
• entertainment, online games
• social services. The cost of each investment varies between 300 thousand to 2 million U.S. dollars.
