OTC Asset Management is an independent management company approved by the AMF in 2001 which allocates its expertise in investment in unlisted companies, resulting in equity participation in the capital.

Our investments are designed to provide the capital necessary to develop these companies, but also:

• to support management in strategic decisions
• to help create value for shareholders, officers and employees.

They are made on behalf of private and institutional clients through our funds: FCPI (Fonds Commun de Placement Innovation), FIP (Fonds d’Investissement de Proximité) and venture capital funds (Fonds Commun de Placement à Risques), which offer various tax benefits.

We strive to make investing in unlisted companies not only benefit by a tax reduction offered, but also a great way to support the activities of small and medium enterprises rich in ideas and innovations!

We aim to build portfolios of shares sectorally diversified and have developed, within the team, a real expertise in the following areas:

• Information technology (software, hardware, telecommunications, internet, …)
• Life sciences

• Other innovative sectors (services, goods, distribution, …)

  Investment type corresponds to a minority stake from 0.5 to 3 M € in unquoted companies, which may be increased later by the competition of managed funds to the towers of finance.

We work alone or with other investors, preferably as a “leader” or “co-leader.”
