It prefers to invest in technology sector with a focus on software, systems infrastructure, IP applications, and wireless communications. The firm seeks to invest in companies with minimum revenues $10 million for expansion and later stage investments. Mellon Ventures, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It has additional offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Los Angeles, California.
