LookSmart provides a variety of technology and advertising solutions to both businesses and consumers. On the business side, they offer white label publishing services, and display, contextual, and search advertising. Their primary consumer-facing product is Furl, a social bookmarking service.

In November 2007, LookSmart sold FindArticles.com, an archive of publication articles, to CNET Networks for $20.5 million.
