Katana Fund is a Japanese fund, which is established by VC and IT listed companies, specialized in start-up companies and entrepreneurs. Katana Fund’s investment target conditions are as follows; Condition 1: Companies less than 3 years after fouding or entrepreneurs who are going to set up their own companies within 3 months. Condition 2: IT companies, companies which drives forward business using IT or entrepreneurs who are going to drive the business. Condition 3: Companies whose value of shares is less than 50 million yen. And Katana Fund would invest up to 5 million yen in the way of investing in equities.
