JumpStart Foundry is a microfund, supporting seed-stage ventures and their entrepreneurs with $15,000 investments. We provide this capital to help create your company, sharpen your idea and build a sustainable business model. In addition, three members of our founding group will use their knowledge and experience to mentor you and develop your concept.
Thus, your idea receives capital, business advice and technical assistance to refine your product or service, strengthen your business model, form your operations, begin marketing efforts and determine market viability of the business. In return for this investment, JumpStart Foundry receives a collective 10% ownership in the Common Stock of the company.
The 20 Founders of JumpStart Foundry are entrepreneurs who have successfully launched or built a vast array of businesses, products and services. The group was assembled to provide a wide range of knowledge and expertise in a large variety of fields. Whatever your concept, there’s a good chance 2-3 of us have some expertise that can accelerate your success.
