Italian Angels for Growth

Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) is the largest angel group in Italy and is promoted and managed exclusively by individual investors. IAG was established in 2007 by nine co-founders and now comprises of more than 100 carefully selected angel investors characterized by their passion for entrepreneurship and early stage financing. IAG facilitates early stage investments for its members. The group looks at potential investments in any sector where there is at least one expert member. IAG seeks investment opportunities from €300.000 to €800.000 mainly for early stage businesses based in Italy and is open to cross border investments, thanks to the nature of the group and to the high international experience and exposure of most of its members.

IAG members have closed thirteen deals for a total invested amount in excess of €6M. IAG members committed capital in potential deals un to a the sum in excess of €20M. IAG is a proud and active member of the European Business Angels Network (EBAN) and the Italian Venture Capital Hub. IAG is also a strong contributor to initiatives such as Partnership for Growth. At the same time, IAG Directors and members are frequent speakers at education events and in Universities in Italy and abroad.
