IQ Partners S.A. was founded in 2005. It is a leading fund specializing in investment in enterprises during their initial growth phase. IQ Partners is focused on seed investments, while also investing in start-ups. Company profile consists of investments in innovative firms functioning in the areas of Internet, Media, mobile technology, e-commerce and IT. To date IQ Partners carried out more than 50 investment projects, and conducted partial exit transactions in six investments.

IQ Partners S.A. is listed on an alternative exchange known as NewConnect, which is administered by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2010 IQ Partners S.A. was placed by the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the NewConnect Lead segment, which is a collection of the largest and most liquid companies. NewConnect Lead was created to assist in identifying companies with the characteristics necessary to be listed on the regulated exchange. IQ Partners S.A. is a member of the Polish Private Equity Association (PPEA).
