Investcorp Technology Ventures

Based in New York and London, Investcorp Technology Ventures invests in technology-driven companies with established products, a growing revenue base and profitability, or a path to profitability. It is focused on venture buyout, corporate spinout and growth capital financing transactions of $10 million to $25 million in technology companies in North America and Europe. Currently, Investcorp Technology Ventures manages more than $500 million in two funds. Investcorp Technology Ventures is part of Investcorp, a global investment group with offices in New York, London and Bahrain. In addition to Investcorp Technology Ventures, the firm has three other lines of business: private equity, real estate investment and hedge funds. It was established in 1982 and currently has more than $9 billion of assets under management in alternative investments.
